Shows I Discovered Late

I had the pleasure of watching two shows this weekend that I have not previously seen. Those two shows are Oban Star-Racers and Battlestar Galactica. I don't know if anyone has seen Oban but it is a colobaration between French and Japanese animation studios. I just love the character designs. The story is pretty straight forward but it kept me interested. You must check it out for the design work and for a added bonus it has two songs by Yoko Kanno.

The other show I am sure everyone has seen but me. I just started it but it is AWESOME! I can't believe I didn't watch this when it was on. I remember watching the 80's version as a kid but this is on a whole other level. I just love it when I find more sources of inspiration.
